PHA’s Design Division designs, guides, and coordinates the development of all new buildings, and any major rehabilitation of our existing buildings and land. We are responsible for setting the overall look, character and long-term physical livability of our developments, including federal requirements for tenants who are handicapped.
The Design Division creates choice housing that is marketable anywhere. Our architects and engineers work with developers to design housing complexes of the highest standards. PHA’s "New Look" features the latest amenities in private housing, including off-street parking, central air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, washer/ dryer hookups, and ample closet space.
