The PHA Events Department has a continuing need for food and beverage services/catering for events, training sessions, meetings, and related services.  The PHA holds approximately 75-100 events annually.  The services will be provided at a variety of locations throughout the City of Philadelphia at times determined by the PHA.

Solicitations may be requested via e-mail by submitting a request to Susan.Wambua@pha.phila.gov.  
Hard copies of solicitations may be requested with 24 hours notice and may be picked up at the following address:

Hours: 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.

All proposals must be submitted with one (1) original hard copy and one (1) CD-RW containing the entire proposal package.  Acceptable formats for all proposals may contain the following: Acrobat (.pdf)
