The Philadelphia Housing Authority has perceived a need to provide professional training for employees in several business areas. The Authority has focused its requirements in, but not limited to the following areas: Contract Administration, Business Skills, Project Management, Business Analysis, Teambuilding   and Other Training Recommendations based on PHA’s business environment and marketplace.   Date of Issue: Tuesday, October 20, 2009 Bid Due/Close Date: Monday, November 23, 2009  Time: 11:00 A.M.
