Statement of Work Summary: A more detailed work statement is contained in the solicitation package. The following description of the work is submitted for informational purposes only. The Authority has determined that a need exists for an Evaluator capable of evaluating a HOPE VI Community and Supportive Services program.  The goal of the evaluation is to provide continuous feedback to ensure that the goals of the CSS program are being met.
