SMART is our brand name for the Structural Maintenance and Repair Team that services PHA’s scattered sites housing inventory.
This special maintenance team, established in 1998, has successfully converted over 965 units into properties residents are proud to call home. The total rehabilitation includes new and upgraded kitchens, bathrooms, floors, walls and ceilings, and other major maintenance improvements.
