Developments Definition

What do we mean at PHA when we say “developments”?

“Developments” is the term applied to multi-family housing owned and operated by the Authority. These housing units are for rental only by low-income tenants who meet our selection criteria. About 16,000 people are on a waiting list for housing at these sites.
