What do we mean at PHA when we say "developments"?
"Developments" is the term applied to multi-family housing owned and operated by the Philadelphia Housing Authority or the Philadelphia Asset and Property Management Company (PAPMC). These housing units are for rental only by low-income tenants who meet our selection criteria.

Our properties are divided into family developments, family and senior developments, and senior developments.
