PHA is introducing Rezzcard, a new rental payment option. Starting December 1, all PHA residents can use Rezzcard to pay their rent, including conventional sites, scattered sites, and tax credit sites managed by the Philadelphia Asset and Property Management Corporation (PAPMC).

1. What is Rezzcard? 
Rezzcard is a new payment option that allows residents to pay your PHA balance in cash, credit/debit card, or electronic check. It's a great alternative to mailing or bringing your rent to the management office, which you can still do.

Rezzcard also allows you to check your balance and review your most recent Rezzcard payments online at any time at www.rezzcard.com.

2. How do I use Rezzcard? 
Simply bring your card to any Rezzcard payment center. Show your Rezzcard and tell them the amount you are paying. Give the clerk the cash and you will get a receipt.

Your rent is credited to your account within 24 hours.

3. Where can I make my rent payment?
Rezzcard is accepted at over 200 locations in the Philadelphia area, many which are open late and on the weekends. Please visit www.rezzcard.com to find a location near you.

4. Is there a fee?
There is a $2.00 fee for each cash transaction and a $3.00 fee for Electronic Check transactions. Credit/Debit Card transaction fees start at $4.95.

5. What if I lose my Rezzcard or it's not accepted?
Please see your manager. Your first replacement is free, but any additional replacements will cost $5.00 each.
