The Philadelphia Housing Authority is a participant in the Moving To Work Demonstration Program (MTW). PHA is soliciting public comments on its Moving To Work Annual Plan for MTW Year Twelve (MTW Annual Plan), which describes PHA's policy initiatives and proposed activities for the period of April 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013.

The comment period begins November 30, 2011 (12 noon) and ends December 30, 2011 (12 noon). All comments must be received by the end of the comment period. Only comments pertaining to the draft MTW Annual Plan are being solicited.
