As formerly homeless families move into Housing Choice or public housing, many need to learn the skills associated with managing a household. PHA, in conjunction with the Philadelphia Health Management Corporation, Tenant Support Services, Inc. and Raise of Hope, is working with families to provide the support necessary for the transition into home occupancy.
