The Cultural Arts Program utilizes dramatic performances that enable children to discover cultural history through the aesthetics of singing, dancing and acting in a live theatrical environment.
Program activities range from attending theatrical productions and workshops conducted by professional artists to training in vocal arts, dramatic arts and dance. Children learn to use articulation, diction, and body to convey character and to demonstrate rhythm, melody, harmony and texture in vocal music. Life skills are taught through the discipline of rigorous arts training.
