The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) hosted its annual Senior Valentine’s Day Dance, a beloved tradition that brings together senior residents for an afternoon of refreshments, music, dancing, a best-dressed contest, raffled gifts, and community celebration. The Senior Valentine’s Day Dance is part of PHA’s ongoing commitment to promoting community engagement and quality of life for its senior residents
