PHA has partnered with Euna, an online sourcing platform that streamlines and simplifies the government sourcing process. To access PHA business opportunities, you must register with Euna. If you are already registered with Euna, view current opportunities on the PHA Procurement Portal. If you are not yet registered, you may do so by visiting the PHA Euna registration page.
Vendors who are registered with Bonfire should check the PHA website frequently to ensure that they do not miss any business opportunities. We welcome proposals from new vendors and encourage everyone to get the latest materials and updates at our semi-annual Doing Business With PHA events.
PHA supports local business when possible, including some run by our tenants.
PHA also supports small, minority-owned and women-owned businesses and provides events to inform those business regarding PHA business opportunities.
We’re committed to working with our vendors to meet Section 3 requirements and provide economic opportunities to the communities we serve.
PHA has launched a new Section 3 Compliance Reporting System for contractors and vendors who do business with the agency. Learn more about this in our Section 3 Requirements Page, linked below.
