The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) and the Resident Advisory (RAB) hosted a Public and Affordable Housing  Congressional District  3 forum at PHA headquarters in North Philadelphia.  PHA resident leaders asked questions and RAB President Asia Coney and PHA President & CEO Kelvin A. PHA Resident Leaders will ask candidates about housing issues and policies

WHAT: The Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) and PHA Resident Advisory Board (RAB) will co-host a Pennsylvania 3rd District Congressional Forum, bringing together candidates to engage with PHA resident leaders on policies that directly affect the public housing community. The majority of PHA’s $500 million annual budget comes from the federal budget and resident leaders will seek answers about how decisions made will impact the 20,000 public-assisted residents who reside in the 3rd Congressional District.
