The Philadelphia Housing Authority is a participant in the Moving To Work Demonstration Program (MTW).  PHA is soliciting public comments on its Moving to Work Annual Plan for MTW Year Thirteen (MTW Annual Plan), which describes PHA's policy initiatives and proposed activities for the period April 1, 2013 to March 31, 2014.

Public Hearings

PHA residents, Housing Choice Voucher participants and the general public were invited to attend the public hearings described below and/or submit written comments on the MTW Annual Plan any time during the comment period.  Public hearings were conducted at the following times and locations:

• December 7, 2012, 10am until noon, 1100 Poplar Street, 19123
• December 13, 2012, 10am until noon, 2850 Germantown Ave, 19133

Comments

Only comments pertaining to the draft MTW Annual Plan are being solicited.  The comment period begins on November 20, 2012 at 12 noon and ends January 4, 2013 at 12 noon.  All comments must be received by the end of the comment period.   Please send your written comments to:
