On Thursday, December 17, 2015, PHA President & CEO Kelvin A. Jeremiah, HUD Secretary Julian Castro, Mayor Michael Nutter, Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell, and other partners announced the City of Philadelphia ended veteran's homelessness. PHA currently administers 661 VASH vouchers, in conjunction with the Philadelphia VA and Pathways.  This year alone PHA housed 179 veterans.
