PHA helps make homeownership possible

PHA assists residents who are preparing for homeownership by providing extensive Housing Counseling Services.

Housing Counseling Services offer participants training and Pre-Purchase Counseling including Needs Assessment/Action Plans, Credit Counseling, and Financial Education.

Philadelphia’s Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) offers additional Housing Counseling resources.
