The Housing Opportunity Program (HOP) provides Mobility Counseling to assist Housing Choice Voucher Program families use their voucher to find and move into quality housing in top-rated communities throughout the Philadelphia region.

PHA’s Resident Services team offers our residents a wide variety of training, services and programs to help them gain valuable skills and achieve self-sufficiency.

PHA has a waitlist due to low unit turnover. Review other housing resources available to you.
