HCV Client Liaisons

HCV Client Liaisons provide direct support to Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) participants throughout the leasing and certification process. They assist families with housing searches, help navigate challenges during lease-up, and coordinate services with the PHA’s Resident Programs and Partnerships (RPP) Division and other community agencies.

Client Liaisons work closely with tenants, landlords, and partner organizations to ensure households have the resources they need to secure and maintain stable housing. Their work includes helping with paperwork, reviewing required documents, monitoring progress toward leasing, connecting families to supportive services, and addressing escalated or complex situations using a case-management approach.

Client Liaisons also maintain strong relationships with property owners, support participants who may face barriers to housing, and provide guidance throughout the recertification process. Their goal is to deliver prompt, professional customer service and help families succeed in the HCV Program.
