PHA’s policies for the Housing Choice Voucher Program, including the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and Unit Based Developments are described in the HCV Administrative Plan (Admin Plan).  The current version was approved by the PHA Board in June 2025 and is effective for July 1, 2025.
