provide safe, decent housing to qualified participants in the
Housing Choice Voucher Program.

Center at 215-218-7979 ext. 25246 or 25227, Mondays through Fridays
from 8am to 4pm or email us at hcvlandlords@pha.phila.gov.

policy questions, and get some tips for the program.

Landlord Data Center
Information just for HCV Landlords
PHA landlords can view all the information they need to manage
their HCV properties through the Landlord
Data Center.
Items landlords can access
include:
- Detailed HAP records by resident
- Status and schedule of inspections and re-inspections
- View the schedule of up-coming client re-certifications
Information is updated at the end of
each workday and is available for view 24 hours a day 7 days a
week!
