Other Affordable Housing Providers
PHA has over 84,600 people on the public housing waiting
list. Due to low unit turnover, the housing authority is currently
processing applicants from 2004.
Below is a listing of other affordable housing resources in
the City of Philadelphia. Please note that PHA is not affiliated
with these housing providers and that the agency does not manage
the waitlists for these sites. Please contact them for more
information about the types of housing they offer and their
application process.
